Medical & Fitness Disclaimer
1. Consult a Professional First
Always seek the advice of your physician or another qualified health provider before starting any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you are pregnant or postpartum, recovering from surgery or injury, managing a chronic condition (such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, or a musculoskeletal disorder), taking medication, or have any concern about your fitness to exercise. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or generated in RepRoute.
2. The Injury Features Are Not Treatment
RepRoute's injury selector and exercise-substitution features adjust a training plan to route around a body region you flag. They do not diagnose, assess, rehabilitate, or treat any injury or medical condition. A pain-free substitution in the app does not mean an exercise is safe for your specific situation. If you are injured, see a healthcare professional — the app is not a replacement for physiotherapy or medical care.
3. Assumption of Risk
Physical exercise carries an inherent risk of injury. By using RepRoute you acknowledge that you participate in any physical activity voluntarily and at your own risk. Stop immediately and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, chest discomfort, or any other symptom during or after exercise. You are solely responsible for exercising within your own limits and for using correct form, appropriate loads, and safe equipment.
4. Improvised & DIY Equipment
Where RepRoute suggests using household or improvised items (for example a chair, a table, or a loaded backpack) as training equipment, you are responsible for confirming that the item is stable, intact, and capable of safely bearing the load before using it. Estimated weights are approximations. Do not attempt movements that feel unstable or unsafe.
5. Nutrition & Calorie Estimates
Any calorie, macronutrient, or food-recognition output is an estimate generated from public third-party food databases (Open Food Facts and the USDA FoodData Central database) and from automated photo analysis. It may be inaccurate and is not dietary, nutritional, or medical advice. Consult a registered dietitian or doctor for guidance tailored to you, particularly if you have an eating disorder history, food allergies, or a medical condition affecting diet.
6. No Guarantee of Results
Individual results vary. RepRoute makes no guarantee that following any plan will produce a particular outcome in strength, body composition, health, or performance.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RepRoute and its operator disclaim all liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the information and plans provided by the Service. This disclaimer is incorporated into, and subject to, our Terms of Service.
8. Emergencies
RepRoute is not for medical emergencies. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.
