Injury-aware. Equipment-honest. Level-adaptive.
No generic plans — just the next rep you can own.
No credit card · No commitment · Free forever plan

Three things, no compromise.
Most apps adapt one of these. RepRoute adapts all three at once, every session.
Routes around what hurts.
Tap a sore body region and the movements tagged against it come out of your plan, with any emptied day rebuilt from what's left — no manual searching. 7 regions drive that today: shoulder, elbow, hip, lower back, knee, ankle and wrist. Browse by injury to see exactly what changes, and which regions we only record.

Honest about your kit.
One dumbbell? A band? A filled backpack and a sturdy chair? Plans are generated from exactly what you own — never assumed. See what RepRoute can do with each setup before you sign up.

Real programs, adapted.
Eight battle-tested programs — 5/3/1, GZCLP, nSuns, PPL, StrongLifts and more — shipped exactly as their authors intended. The adaptive layer only kicks in when you flag an exercise unavailable.

The plan keeps going when life doesn't.
Generic apps assume nothing changes. RepRoute is built for the four times every program normally falls apart.
Deep where it counts.
Three taps, no friction.
The whole logging flow, end-to-end. No menus to dig through, no settings to tweak between sets.
What sets RepRoute apart.
We're not naming names — pick any popular tracker and check yourself. These are the lines we've drawn.
Built on principles, not vibes.
Every adaptive decision RepRoute makes is grounded in published methodology — not magic, not black-box guesswork.

Regression trees
Each of the 11 movement patterns has a tree of progressive variants from accessible to advanced. Calibration during onboarding finds your starting level; you graduate up as you get stronger, and substitutions stay inside the same tree so the stimulus doesn't drift.
Roots: bodyweight calisthenics progression methodology (BWF, GMB).
Double progression
Reps within a target range first, then weight when you hit the ceiling on every set. The most evidence-based hypertrophy progression scheme — used in nSuns, GZCLP, BBB.
Roots: Mike Israetel, Jeff Nippard, Greg Nuckols literature reviews.
ACWR fatigue tracking
Acute-to-chronic workload ratio compares this week's training load to your 4-week baseline. Pro+ analytics chart the ratio and flag the weeks it spikes, so you can decide whether to ease off.
Roots: the acute:chronic workload ratio, a standard training-load metric in sports science.
Anchored experience inputs
Onboarding doesn't ask 'are you advanced' — that's meaningless. It asks 'how many push-ups can you do?' Calibration uses observable answers, not self-rated levels.
Roots: behavioural-economics research on self-assessment bias.
