Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Jirawut Suwatcharakulthorn, a sole proprietor based in Thailand ("RepRoute", "we", "us"), and govern your access to and use of the RepRoute website and application (the "Service"). By creating an account, clicking to accept, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Definitions
- "Account" — the personal account you create to access the Service.
- "Content" — text, data, images, plans, and other material made available through the Service.
- "User Content" — Content you submit, such as profile details, logged workouts, food entries, uploaded photos, and support messages.
- "Subscription" — a paid plan (Pro or Elite) that unlocks additional features.
2. The Service
RepRoute is an adaptive fitness planning web application. It generates personalised workout plans based on your stated goals, available equipment, and any injury limitations, and can adapt them over time. RepRoute is not a tracker; it is a planner. The Service is delivered as a software-as-a-service offering accessible from a web browser. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. We apply this single global threshold so it satisfies the highest digital-consent age used across EU member states as well as Thai PDPA expectations. By accepting these Terms you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.
4. Health and Safety Disclaimer
You agree to stop any exercise that causes pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, chest discomfort, or unusual discomfort, and to seek medical attention where appropriate. Our full Medical & Fitness Disclaimer is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
5. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your Account.
- You must provide accurate profile information; inaccurate weight, age, or injury data may compromise the safety of generated plans.
- You may not share your Account or use the Service on behalf of another person without their authorisation.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access through our contact form.
- You are responsible for the devices and network you use to access the Service.
6. Licence to Use the Service
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial fitness planning. This licence does not transfer any ownership in the Service to you, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved.
7. Acceptable Use
- Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, CAPTCHA, authentication, or any security measure.
- Do not scrape, mirror, resell, or commercially exploit the Service or its Content.
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where this restriction is prohibited by law.
- Do not use the Service to harm yourself or others, including by entering false medical information to coerce extreme programming.
- Do not upload illegal, infringing, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit content, or content that impersonates another person.
- Do not interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on the Service or its infrastructure.
- Do not use automated means to access the Service except as we expressly permit.
8. DIY Equipment Safety
RepRoute may suggest exercises that use household items as improvised equipment (for example a backpack as load, a chair as a bench, a sturdy table as a row anchor). The following hard limits apply and you accept that you are responsible for verifying them in your own environment:
- A backpack or bag used as load is capped at 15 kg.
- The Service will never generate deadlifts, barbell back squats, or overhead presses with improvised bag loads.
- Chairs are used only as a bench equivalent (dips, incline / decline push-ups, step-ups). Verify the chair is stable and weight-rated before use.
- A table is used only as a row anchor for bodyweight Australian rows; it is never a pull-up replacement.
- Water bottles are used only as light resistance for curls or lateral raises.
- Use improvised equipment slowly and with full control; reduce load if you feel unstable.
9. Adaptive (Smart) Plan Generation
Plans generated by RepRoute — including those produced with the help of automated reasoning systems — are suggestions, not prescriptions. They are based on the data you provide and on general exercise-science principles, and may contain errors or unsuitable recommendations. You remain responsible for deciding whether any individual exercise is appropriate for your body and current condition, and for using correct form and safe loads.
10. User Content
You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, and process your User Content solely as needed to operate and provide the Service to you (for example, storing your logs, analysing a photo you upload for a scan, or routing a support message to our team). This licence ends when you delete the relevant User Content or your Account, except for residual copies in backups for a limited period and where we must retain data to comply with law.
You are responsible for your User Content and represent that you have the rights to submit it and that it does not violate these Terms or any law. We may remove User Content that breaches these Terms.
11. Feedback
If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use them for any purpose without obligation or compensation to you.
12. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and original Content, is owned by RepRoute or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. The "RepRoute" name and logo are ours. Certain exercise data is derived from open-source datasets used under their respective licences. Except for the limited licence in section 6, these Terms grant you no rights in our intellectual property.
13. Third-party Services and Content
The Service relies on third-party providers (for example hosting, database, email, AI inference, and payment processing) and may display third-party content such as exercise demonstration videos. Your use of third-party content or services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services and do not endorse third-party content.
14. Subscription Tiers
| Tier | Monthly | Annual |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | $0 |
| Pro | $9.99 | $59.00 |
| Elite | $17.99 | $129.00 |
Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply. Tier features and usage limits are documented in-app. We may adjust feature scope or pricing between tiers with reasonable notice; existing paid subscribers will keep their current feature set until the end of their billing period, and price changes apply only from the next renewal.
15. Payment, Billing, and Refunds
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe, our payment processor, which handles your card details directly — we do not store full card numbers. Additional local payment methods (such as PromptPay for Thai customers) may be offered in a future release. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep paid access until then.
Refund policy: we provide a pro-rated refund only where the Service is materially unavailable due to a technical defect attributable to us. Outside that, fees already paid are non-refundable. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence (including the EU 14-day right of withdrawal where applicable) are unaffected.
16. Beta and Experimental Features
We may label certain features as beta, preview, or experimental. These are provided "as is", may change or be withdrawn at any time, and may be less reliable than the rest of the Service. We may collect feedback to improve them. Do not rely on a beta feature for anything important.
17. Availability and Changes to the Service
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service, including for maintenance or for legal or technical reasons. We are not liable for any unavailability, and where a change materially reduces a paid feature we will give reasonable notice.
18. Termination
You may terminate your Account at any time via Settings → Account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, abuse the Service, or create risk for us or other users; where reasonable we will give prior notice and a chance to remedy. On termination your right to use the Service ends and your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the 30-day deletion grace period. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including sections 10–12 and 19–22) will survive.
19. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any exercise plan will produce a particular fitness outcome.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the greater of the fees you actually paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 50. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of fitness progress, lost data, or personal injury, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law or is caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence where that exclusion is prohibited by law.
21. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless RepRoute from claims, damages, and reasonable expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service, your User Content, or your breach of these Terms. This does not apply to the extent a claim arises from our own wrongdoing.
22. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages of third-party providers, network failures, natural disasters, or government actions.
23. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. The courts of Bangkok, Thailand have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that consumer-protection rules in your country of habitual residence that grant you a non-derogable forum will apply where mandatory. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the matter informally.
24. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will bump the version number, post the updated version at this URL, and notify you by email. For material changes affecting your rights or pricing we will require renewed consent before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after a non-material change takes effect means you accept it.
25. Miscellaneous
- Entire agreement: these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Disclaimer are the entire agreement between us regarding the Service.
- Severability: if any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
- No waiver: our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
- Assignment: you may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- Notices: we may give notice by email or in-app; you contact us through the methods in section 26.
- Headings: section headings are for convenience only.
26. Contact
